Baccalaureate is the nondenominational worship service at which graduates are honored. The Carroll community is called to celebrate and worship together at a service featuring scripture readings, a sermon and musical performances. Seating is first-come, first-served for family and guests.

Graduates wear their caps (tassels to the right), gowns and undergraduate hoods. Seating is reserved for faculty and graduates, and attendance is expected. Students who attend will earn a convocation point.
