2009 Athletics Hall of Fame Inductees

Six outstanding Carroll University athletes will be inducted into the Hall of Fame at a ceremony on Saturday, Jan. 24, 2009.   more

Civil rights activist at MLK event

Carroll University will celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. on Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2009. Joanne Bland, civil rights activist and co-founder and director of the National Voting Rights Museum and Institute in Selma, Ala., will be the keynote speaker. This event will be in Shattuck Music Center, 218 N. East Ave., Waukesha, from 2-4 p.m., and is free and open to the public.   more

Award-winning playwright will visit Carroll

Cuban-American playwright Nilo Cruz will visit Carroll University on March 26, 2009, as the Fifth Annual Distinguished Visiting Author. The event will be in the Stackner Ballroom of the Campus Center, 101 N. East Ave., Waukesha, at 7:30 p.m. It is free and open to the public.   more
