If you are looking for the Civil War Collection, that material is on permanent loan to the Kenosha Civil War Museum and can be accessed through their Library/Archives and their Jack D. Michaels Research Center. Please contact them for more information.

The Archives contain publications, papers, and memorabilia from over the course of the history of the college and university, including Trustee's and President's reports, departmental newsletters, student publications, and personal scrapbooks.

We have created Online Finding Aids for these collections so patrons can determine which collection may be of greatest use before visiting the Archives.

Many popular items from the University Archives and Special Collections have been digitized and are available online via our Digital Collections. Please see individual collections for policies regarding reproduction and copyright information.

The Archives and Special Collections makes its resources and services available to Carroll community members, as well as the general public. They are located on the second floor of the Todd Wehr Memorial Library, Room 204. Hours are Monday-Friday, 9 am-3 pm.

No special permission or letters of introduction are required, however appointments are preferred. Please contact Archivist Amelia K. Osterud at 262-650-4888 or archives@carrollu.edu to schedule an appointment.
