The Carroll University Center for Leadership Excellence offers this individualized program, determined by a participant’s individual needs and schedule, which will include:

• A self-assessment of personality and communication styles with coaching on how to be more effective.
• Preparation of an individualized development plan using proven development processes.
• Individualized, professional coaching guiding the development process.
