JoAnne Brandes retired from the Johnson companies as the Executive Vice President, CAO, General Counsel and Secretary of JohnsonDiversey, Inc., responsible for all legal matters, Human Resources, Communications, Public Affairs and administration for the company and its more than 65 international and domestic subsidiaries. She is a frequent speaker and business consultant and serves on several corporate boards, including Andersen Windows and Bemis Manufacturing. She served on the Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System and is a Trustee of Carroll University. JoAnne was named “Working Mother of the Year” by Working Mother Magazine several years ago for her work in developing corporate childcare and other family-friendly workplace programs.
Debra Lake has more than 25 years of experience as an organizational development professional, trainer, coach, facilitator and consultant. She has led individual and organizational change, including leadership development, performance management, succession management, individual assessment and coaching, mergers and acquisitions, diversity, and culture alignment. She has worked in sales, management, human resources, training and development, and as a vice president of human resources and organizational effectiveness for the Johnson companies. Debra has assisted more than 10,000 learners in improved performance and has coached more than 100 senior and middle managers for career success.
