Student Scholarly Travel Program Application Process
Students interested in seeking university support to present at an academic conference should:
This is a very competitive application process and not everyone will be funded. Students will not receive more than a total of $700 in travel grant money during their undergraduate academic career at Carroll. However, students may opt to spending only a portion of their grant money and save for later conferences (upon application approval). Students continuing with their graduate studies at Carroll may receive additional travel grant money up to $700 upon application approval.
A full-time faculty member must indicate support for the travel request by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Students and faculty with questions concerning the Student Scholarly Travel Grant should contact the Honors Center at email@example.com or call 262-542-7364.
Applications are considered on an ongoing basis, and the committee's goal is to distribute the grants equitably across the academic year.
Limited funding may be available for conferences that take place between July 1 and October 15. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in applying for travel stipend support for conferences in the late summer/early fall.
