The Adult and Continuing Education Emphasis is offered at Gateway Technical College. The classes are a hybrid format (50% in class, 50% online). The in-class portion meets one Saturday per month during the semester.

WTCS Certification – Student may complete WTCS certification independently or as part of the M.Ed. Adult and Continuing Education program at Carroll University.

*Please note: EDU 641 or EDU 647 will meet #53 WTCS certification requirement. EDU 652 or EDU 671 will meet #69 WTCS certification requirement. All other courses are required to meet WTCS certification requirements.


*Additional courses required for completion of the Master of Education in Adult and Continuing Education include EDU 601, EDU 602, EDU 603 (Research Core) and an additional elective course to total 33 credits.

Additionally, students may opt to take these courses at Carroll University's Center for Graduate Studies in Waukesha, WI.
