To apply to the program, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Complete the Community Health Educator application
• Submit current professional resume
• Submit official academic transcripts from each institution attended
• Have evidence of a 2.5 or higher cumulative GPA
• Show evidence of a completed bachelor's degree
