Biography

Carroll University holds a special place in my heart, as it has been instrumental in shaping my nursing journey. In 2011, I made the pivotal decision to transition from my previous career to pursue nursing, sensing a profound calling that had been missing in my life. Graduating in 2015 with my BSN degree and subsequently in 2023 with my MSN degree from Carroll University, I have been fortunate to receive a comprehensive education that has deeply enriched my clinical background.

My experiences span across various domains of nursing, including obstetrics—both inpatient and outpatient settings—and outpatient family medicine nursing care, allowing me to cultivate a breadth of practical knowledge and expertise. Throughout my career, I have embraced the opportunity to provide compassionate care across the entire lifespan, making meaningful connections with patients and their families along the way. I love spending any spare time with my family: my loving husband, four wonderful children, and our beloved 8 lb. Shih Tzu doing a variety of activities but movie night is my favorite!

Ultimately, my goal is to facilitate their growth and development as competent and compassionate healthcare professionals.
