Christmahanakwanzika

The Office of Cultural Diversity and the Prairie and Apartments area will be hosting the third annual Christmahanakwanzika (CHK) on December 2 at 8 p.m. CHK was founded as an opportunity for students from multiple faiths and traditions to share their December holidays with their peers. Specifically, this event brings forward traditions from Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa and Three Kings Day. Students wishing to share other traditions are invited to contact Tracey Whiteley or Nicky Davis to collaborate.

This is an excellent opportunity for your student to experience new activities, games, and foods from other cultures. Students are invited to bring donations of new, unopened toiletries to donate to The Women’s Center of Waukesha. For more information, please email Tracey Whiteley at twhitele@carrollu.edu or Nicky Davis at nluckett@carrollu.edu.
