To provide a healthy working and living environment for Carroll’s students, staff, faculty and neighbors, Carroll University is a tobacco-free campus.
The use of tobacco is not permitted in university buildings, on university grounds or in university-owned vehicles. There are no designated smoking areas on campus.
All members of the campus community are responsible for enforcing this policy. The Office of Public Safety may ticket and fine student violators of this policy.
