Payment Methods

The payment of tuition, fees and charges becomes the obligation of the student upon registration at Carroll University. Credit and debit card transactions may be subject to a convenience fee.

ePAY

Payments can be made online through ePAY at my.carrollu.edu.

Late Fees in the amount of $35.00 will be assessed monthly on any overdue balance (overdue balance: unpaid balance that is over 30 days old) of $20.00 or greater.

Full-time Undergraduate Students Payment Options and Due Dates for 2015-2016

Payment Option One:


Payment in full each semester on or before the due date.
Due Dates for Payment in Full
Fall 2015:September 3, 2015
Spring 2016:January 19, 2016

 

Payment Option Two: myPAYPLAN

There are three plans available each semester. Choose from a four, five or six month plan each semester to cover the balance due on your student account after tuition, fees, late fees and other expenses have been offset with your financial aid and any down payment you may have made. Your monthly payment will be based on the total outstanding balance on your student account for the current semester. A $50.00 enrollment fee is associated with this option each semester. The enrollment fee is a non-refundable fee.

Fall Plans Available

Fall signup begins June 15, 2015.

  • 6-month plan: July through December (last day to enroll July 5, 2015)
  • 5-month plan: August through December (last day to enroll August 5, 2015)
  • 4-month plan: September through December (last day to enroll September 5, 2015)

A $50.00 enrollment fee is associated with this option each semester. The enrollment fee is a non-refundable fee.

Spring Plans Available

Spring signup begins December 15, 2015. Access to spring 2016 enrollment will be blocked until your fall 2015 balance has been satisfied.

  • 6-month plan: January through June
    Last day to enroll in a 6-month plan will be January 5, 2016
  • 5-month plan: February through June
  • 4-month plan: February through May
    Last day to enroll in a 4 or 5 month plan will be February 5, 2016

A $50.00 enrollment fee is associated with this option each semester. The enrollment fee is a non-refundable fee.

Payment plan arrangements run by semester. If you enroll in a payment plan arrangement for fall 2015, you will need to re-enroll to participate in a payment plan arrangement for spring 2016.

*Monthly payment plan arrangements are subject to late fees. A late fee of $35.00 per month will be charged if the scheduled monthly payment is not received by the due date.

If you enroll in the "AutoPay" option associated with the myPAYPLAN arrangement, you will need to set up the "AutoPay" information each semester.

Students can enroll in a monthly myPAYPLAN at: my.carrollu.edu. Click on "Student" > Click on "Billing and Payment"

Graduate and Part-Time Student Payment Options and Due Dates for 2015-2016

Fall 2015

  • Pay in full on or before the first day of the semester: September 3, 2015
  • Enroll (online) in a 4- 5- or 6-month payment plan arrangement for fall 2015. Signup begins June 15, 2015
    • 6-month plan: July through December (last day to enroll Jully 5, 2015)
    • 5-month plan: August through December (last day to enroll August 5, 2015)
    • 4-month plan: September through December (last day to enroll September 5, 2015)

A $50.00 enrollment fee is associated with this option each semester. The enrollment fee is a non-refundable fee.

*Monthly payment plan arrangements are subject to late fees. A late fee of $35.00 per month will be charged if the scheduled monthly payment is not received by the due date.

If you enroll in the "AutoPay" option associated with the myPAYPLAN arrangement, you will need to set up the "AutoPay" information each semester.

Students can enroll in a monthly myPAYPLAN at: my.carrollu.edu. Click on "Student" > Click on "Billing and Payment"

  • Provide a letter of company sponsorship and/or third-party billing to the Carroll University Business Office on or before the first day of the semester. This letter must confirm payment in full regardless of the studentís performance in the course. Please contact Judy Edlhuber at 262-524-7698 for information
  • Provide a letter to the Carroll University Business Office on or before the first day of the semester from your employer verifying reimbursement. Students will be required to sign a payment plan agreement. Payment will be due in full by January 4, 2016. Please contact Judy Edlhuber at 262-524-7698 or jedl@carrollu.edu for information regarding this option. If payment under this option is not received by January 4, 2016 a late fee in the amount of $35.00 will be assessed monthly on any balance of $20.00 or greater

Spring 2016

  • Pay in full on or before the first day of the semester: January 19, 2016
  • Enroll (online) in a 6-month payment plan arrangement for spring 2016 by January 5, 2016 or in a 4 or 5 month payment plan arrangement by February 5, 2016. Signup for spring begins December 15, 2015. Access to spring 2016 enrollment will be blocked until your fall 2015 balance has been satisfied

    • 5-month plan: February through June (last day to enroll February 5, 2016)
    • 4-month plan: February through May (last day to enroll February 5, 2016)
