Payments can be made online through ePAY at my.carrollu.edu.

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and eCheck are accepted.
  • Full and partial payments can be made any time before the due dates.
  • Payments will also be accepted through the mail and in person.
  • For security reasons, credit card payments will no longer be accepted via telephone.

Full-Time Undergraduate Students Payment Options and Due Dates for 2012/2013

Payment Option One:   Pay in full each semester
    Due dates for payment in full
      Fall 2012             Sept. 6, 2012
      Spring 2013         Jan. 22, 2013
    "Late Fees" will be assessed for any outstanding balance amounts of any student who is not enrolled in the myPAYPLAN monthly payment arrangement. To view the Late Fee schedule, please refer to the "Late Fees" section of this webside. Information regarding your student account can be found at: https://my.carrollu.edu, Click on "Student", Click on "Billing and Payment", Under ePAY, Click on "View Bill".
     
Payment Option Two:   [logo]My Pay Plan

Monthly payment plan arrangement. There are three plans available
each semester. Choose a four, five or six month plan each semester to cover the balance due on your student account after tuition, fees, FINANCE CHARGES, and other expenses have been offset with your financial aid, and any down-payments you may have made. Your monthly payment will be based on the total outstanding balance on your student account for the current session.

2012 Fall plans available:

  • 6 month plan - July thru December
  • 5 month plan - August thru December
  • 4 month plan - September thru December


2013 Spring plans available:

  • 6 month plan - January thru June
  • 5 month plan - January thru May

Last date to enroll in 5 and 6 month plans will be January 7, 2013.

  • 4 month plan - February thru May

Last date to enroll in 4 month plan will be January 22, 2013.

Payment plan arrangements run by semester. If you enroll in a payment arrangement for fall 2012, you will need to re-enroll to participate in a payment arrangement for spring 2013. Any AutoPay information entered for fall myPAYPLAN arrangements will need to be re-entered when enrolling in myPAYPLAN for spring.

Graduate and Part-Time Student Payment Options and Due Dates for 2012-2013

Payment Options for Part-time Students:   Pay in full each semester
   

Fall 2012

  1. Pay in full on or before the first day of the semester/session.
  2. Enroll (online) in a 4, 5, or 6 month payment plan agreement for Fall 2012 by September 6, 2012.
    • 6 month plan: July through December
    • 5 month plan: August through December
    • 4 month plan: September through December
  3. Provide a letter of company sponsorship and/or third party billing to the Carroll University Business Office on or before the first day of the semester/session. This letter must confirm payment in full regardless of the student’s performance in the course.
  4. Provide a letter to the Carroll University Business Office, on or before the first day of the semester/session, from your employer verifying reimbursement. Student will be required to sign a payment agreement. Payment will be due in full by January 4, 2013. Please contact Judy for information regarding this option at 262-524-7698 or at jedl@carrollu.edu.
Part-time students who do not choose one of the above options will have their Fall 2012 schedule dropped. Notification will be sent to your Carroll University e-mail account.

 

Spring 2013

  1. Pay in full on or before the first day of the semester/session.
  2. Enroll (online) in a 5 or 6 month payment plan agreement for Spring 2013 by January 7, 2013, or a 4 month payment plan agreement by January 22, 2013.

    • 6 month plan: January through June
    • 5 month plan: January through May
    • 4 month plan: February through May
  3. Provide a letter of company sponsorship and/or third party billing to the Carroll University Business Office on or before the first day of the semester/session. This letter must confirm payment in full regardless of the student’s performance in the course.
  4. Provide a letter to the Carroll University Business Office, on or before the first day of the semester/session, from your employer verifying reimbursement.
