Payment Method and Options

Payments can be made online through ePAY at my.carrollu.edu.

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and eCheck are accepted.
  • Full and partial payments can be made any time before the due dates.
  • Payments will also be accepted through the mail or in person at the Carroll University Business Office.
  • For security reasons, credit card payments will not be accepted via telephone.

Full-Time Undergraduate Students Payment Options and Due Dates for 2014/2015

Payment Option One:   Pay in full each semester
    Due dates for payment in full
      Fall 2014             Sept. 5, 2014
      Spring 2015         Jan. 20, 2015
    Late Fees will be assessed monthly on any outstanding balances on student accounts of any student not enrolled in the myPAYPLAN program. To view the Late Fee schedule, please refer to the "Late Fees" section of this website. Information regarding your student account can be found at: https://my.carrollu.edu, Click on "Student", Click on "Billing and Payment", Under ePAY, Click on "View Bill".
     
Payment Option Two:   [logo]My Pay Plan

myPAYPLAN monthly payment plan arrangement. There are three plans available each semester. Choose from a four, five, or six month plan each semester to cover the balance due on your student account after tuition, fees, FINANCE CHARGES and other expenses have been offset with your financial aid and any down payment you might have made. Your monthly payment will be based on the total outstanding balance on your student account for the current semester.

2014 Fall plans available:

  • 6 month plan - July through December (last day to enroll July 5, 2014)
  • 5 month plan - August through December (last day to enroll August 5, 2014)
  • 4 month plan - September through December (last day to enroll September 5, 20134)

Enroll (online) in a four, five or six month payment plan agreement for fall 2014 by September 5, 2014. Sign up begins June 13, 2014.


2015 Spring plans available:

  • 6 month plan - January through June
  • 5 month plan - January through May

Last date to enroll in 5 and 6 month plans will be January 5, 2014.

  • 4 month plan - February through May

Last date to enroll in 4 month plan will be February 5, 2015.

Sign up for Spring 2015 myPAYPLAN begins December 15, 2014.

Payment Plan arrangements run by semester. If you enroll in a payment arrangement for fall 2014, you will need to re-enroll to participate in a payment arrangement for spring 2015.

If you enroll in the AutoPay option associated with the myPAYPLAN arrangement, you will need to set up the AutoPay information each
semester.

Students can enroll in a monthly myPAYPLAN at my.carrollu.edu. Click on "Student", then "Billing and
Payment".

A "Self-Certification" form is required of all myPAYPLAN participants per Regulation Z of the Federal Truth-In-Lending laws. This form must be received and accepted by the Carroll University Business Office within five days of enrollment into the plan for the myPAYPLAN to be "Approved". Graduate and Part-Time Student Payment Options and Due Dates for 2014-2015

Payment Options for Part-time Students:   Pay in full each semester
   

Fall 2014

  1. Pay in full on or before the first day of the semester - September 4, 2014.
  2. Enroll (online) in a 4, 5, or 6 month payment plan agreement for fall 2014 by September 5, 2014. Sign up begins June 13, 2014.
    • 6 month plan: July through December
    • 5 month plan: August through December
    • 4 month plan: September through December
  3. Provide a letter of company sponsorship and/or third party billing to the Carroll University Business Office on or before the first day of the semester. This letter must confirm payment in full regardless of the student’s performance in the course.
  4. Provide a letter to the Carroll University Business Office, on or before the first day of the semester, from your employer verifying reimbursement. Student will be required to sign a payment agreement. FINANCE CHARGES of 1% per month (compounded) will apply to this payment option. Payment will be due in full by January 2, 2015. Spring 2015

  1. Pay in full on or before the first day of the semester - January 20, 2015.
  2. Enroll (online) in a 5 or 6 month payment plan agreement for Spring 2015 by January 5, 2015, or a 4 month plan by February 5, 2015. Sign up begins December 15, 2014.

    • 6 month plan: January through June
    • 5 month plan: January through May
    • 4 month plan: February through May
