Student Health Insurance
WPS Student Health Insurance Rates for 2013-2014
Undergraduate Students:
$1,402 annual rate (per year cost)
Graduate Students:
$1,533 annual rate (per year cost)
Full-time undergraduate students will automatically be charged for student health insurance at the annual rate on the fall 2013 course and fee statement.
If you are accepting the health insurance coverage, an enrollment form will need to be completed. Contact Vicky Alf, Risk Management, Voorhees Room 302, phone 262.524.7372.
If you have health insurance coverage and do not need the insurance coverage offered by Carroll University, follow the steps outlined below to waive the coverage and have the health insurance charge removed from your student account.
