Refund Policy for 2012/2013 School Year
(Fall, Winter and Spring)

Full-time status is determined at the end of the first week of the semester/session on the date indicated in the calendar as the last date to add classes. A full-time student who drops below 12 credits after this date will continue to be billed at a full-time rate unless the student withdraws from the university.

For students with Title IV federal financial aid, Carroll University will calculate a refund based on federal regulations. Details on this policy are in the university catalog.

Tuition Refunds

  • Full- or part-time students who withdraw from the university may be eligible for a refund.
  • Part-time students who drop courses may be eligible for a refund.
