Since opening his own gym, RS Fitness, in 2018, exercise science major Robert Schmitz ’10 has drawn on his career in personal training and experience as a college athlete to help people achieve their fitness goals. With clients at home and a new business to manage during quarantine, Robert shares how he’s approaching virtual training and staying connected with his clients online.
