Dr. David Block '76, associate professor of geography, served as the 2012 keynote speaker for Carroll's Founders' Day Convocation. He shared stories of Carroll's history but also of the university's connection with Ribe, a rural Kenyan village. Ribe native and Carroll alumnus Allan Katama '00 joined Block to talk about life in Ribe. They showed this video as part of their presentation.
