Cindy joined the Institutional Advancement team in August 2022. She previously worked at St. John's Northwestern Academies in Delafield for 15 years, where she most recently served as the Director of Donor Relations and Special Events. With 25 years of development experience, Cindy plays a pivotal role in the planning and execution of Carroll's annual giving programs and reaching fundraising goals. Her lead responsibilities include the athletics annual giving program, crowdfunding projects, student phonathon, and student philanthropy.
